You agree that all the information entered in the form is, to the best of your knowledge, accurate.
After completing the form, once we have received the 'response', we will assess the response you have given us. If we select it to be published as part of our coverage of the 2016 Conservative Party leadership election then your email address will be entered in to a random selection process. One email address will be randomly selected and the person who submitted the response using the address will be contacted to notify them that they have won £5 to be transferred by PayPal using the email address of their choice. This will be by the 8 September 2016.
